🍀Course Description:

This course empowers students to lead sustainable transformation by combining entrepreneurial thinking with creative learning methodologies. It focuses on developing the skills and strategies necessary to build and manage innovative organizations in a rapidly changing world.

Students will engage in hands-on, project-based activities that foster deep learning through experimentation, collaboration, and critical reflection. Core topics include innovation management, intrapreneurship, and change leadership, guided by frameworks such as Kotter’s 8-Step Model and innovation certification standards (NP 4457).

📗By applying the principles of creative learning (projects, peers, and play) students will prototype solutions to real-world challenges, developing the mindset and tools needed to drive long-term, meaningful impact in dynamic environments.
