The course covers the following topics:
- The place of statistics in the research process.
- Subject, functions and tasks of statistics - statistical data and norms, mass processes.
- Statistical research - types of research, process of statistical research, tabular and graphical presentation of statistical data, use of statistical result. Joint distributions of multiple variables.
