This module builds the statistical thinking and data-literacy skills needed to make better decisions in management and coaching contexts. Interactive activities like Guess the Correlation strengthen intuition for relationships in data by asking learners to estimate correlation from scatterplots and giving immediate feedback—turning a core concept into practice and reflection. In the bioeconomy, decisions are data-rich and context-dependent (e.g., yields, supply chains, resource efficiency, adoption of innovations, labour availability, environmental impacts). This module supports that by helping students connect data patterns to real-world bioeconomy questions and make evidence-based recommendations under uncertainty.
