This course aims to improve the creative problem solving facilitation process by case analysis, that allowing students to attempt to learn about sustainable behaviour changes.

A four-step model (including objective-finding, problem-definition, action-planning, the action itself) was applied in order to increase efficiency by reducing on session time theoretical considerations.
